SHIPPING & RETURNS
What shipping methods are available?
We use Australia Post to send your purchases.. All orders will have a tracking number which will be provided to you once your order has been sent.
How long will it take to get my candle?
Please allow up to 2 working days for your order to be made, processed and packed. Delivery timeframe is estimated between 3-5 workings days via Australia Post. Mylkhouse cannot be held responsible for late deliveries or loss relating to late deliveries.
Do you ship internationally?
No we do not ship internationally. However we do ship Australia wide. Please email us for further information on firstname.lastname@example.org
What happens if my parcel doesn’t arrive?
If Australia Post is unable to deliver your parcel due to an incorrect delivery address, or if the parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage fee will apply to send it again. If this occurs, we will contact you to advise the situation.
Mylkhouse does not accept any returns or change of mind as we take pride in the quality of our products.
My candle arrived broken or damaged, what happens now?
If your new purchase has arrived damaged from shipping, We will gladly replace this if deemed appropriate. You must provide photos of the damaged item within 2 days of receiving your candle. All damaged stock must be advised via email at email@example.com. Please include your order number and photos of damaged goods.
